A better grip on progress with improved quizzes and reports

In the second half of 2025 most of our attention went to quizzes and reports. Both got a refresh, and with reminder emails and optional activities you can guide participants through their learning path with more precision.

Highlights this half-year

  1. Quizzes work better

Anyone finishing a quiz now sees the result straight away. Results are listed in chronological order, the option to show correct answers works as you would expect and the points notation reads naturally. Quizzes now also work well for participants using a screen reader. On the course page you can choose a horizontal or vertical layout, so the structure fits your course material.

  2. Reminder emails keep things moving

Participants now automatically receive a reminder email about courses that have gone quiet. That saves you chasing open enrolments yourself, and progress stays on track without manual work. You manage the wording of this and other platform emails yourself, in your own words and house style. In the same period the AD synchronisation of users was repaired, so changes in your user base come through automatically again.

  3. Optional activities and richer reports

A course can now contain activities that are not required for completion. That is useful for optional in-depth material you want to offer without blocking anyone's progress. All progress reports have an option to report on all, optional or mandatory activities, so you see exactly what is happening. Phishing reports now also show the department, the report pages were redesigned and course titles appear in the selected language.
