Assessments help you measure whether employees have truly understood the course content. They make knowledge measurable and provide insight into where additional attention is required.
Note: Assessments are always linked to a course or activity and are part of the learning process.
Why use assessments?
- Insight into employees’ knowledge levels
- Demonstrable results for management and audits
- Targeted follow-up for low scores
- Reinforcement of learning objectives and awareness
Create an assessment
- Go to Assessments in the menu.
- Select Add.
- Enter a title and (optional) description.
- Add one or more questions.
- Define the correct answer per question.
- Set the minimum pass percentage.
- Save the assessment.
Link an assessment to a course
An assessment can be added as a standalone activity or as the final step of a course. You can decide whether a course is only completed after passing the assessment.
Results and follow-up
Assessment results are available in the reports. Use these insights to follow up with teams or employees who may need additional support.
Best practices
- Keep questions short and unambiguous.
- Use realistic, practical scenarios.
