1. Who we are

Cyber Inc Security bv (Chamber of Commerce 69855242) is the provider of the 2LRN4 security awareness platform. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

2. Public website (www.2lrn4.com)

This section applies exclusively to the public marketing website and not to the 2LRN4 platform.

2.1 Data processed

On our public website, we process:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Browser and device information
• Visited pages
• For download requests: name, email address, company, language and region settings
• For contact forms: name, email address and message content

2.2 Purpose

We process this data for:

• Technical operation of the website
• Security and abuse prevention (for example, preventing multiple downloads by the same person)
• Delivery of requested materials (brochures, e-books, implementation plans, templates)
• Responding to inquiries and questions
• Sending a maximum of three follow-up emails with additional information about our services

Your data is transmitted to Crumm CRM (crumm.eu), our marketing partner, for these purposes. Crumm processes this data solely on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.

2.3 Retention period

We retain personal data from download requests and contact forms for a maximum of 12 months after submission. After that, it is automatically deleted, unless:

• you have actively opted in to our informational emails (in which case we retain your email address as long as you remain subscribed), or
• you have become a 2LRN4 customer (in which case the retention period is determined by your service agreement and applies to our contractual obligations).

2.4 Cookies and tracking

The website uses only technically necessary cookies such as session or security cookies.

We do not use:

• tracking cookies
• marketing cookies
• advertising cookies
• third-party tracking pixels

No individual visitor profiles are created.

3. The 2LRN4 Platform

Role

Within the platform, Cyber Inc acts as a data processor. The customer organization acts as the data controller.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access control and monitoring.
