Quality of the training

A feature comparison says little about what employees actually learn. That is why we assess learning quality separately, on seven criteria with a fixed way of measuring each one.

For Awaretrain we will only publish a judgement after both platforms have been tested with the same cases and the same reviewers. Until then it says "Not established", because an empty cell beats a claim we cannot support. Checked on 2026-10-16.

When does Awaretrain fit better?

If you want a Dutch vendor with ISO 27001 certification, nine languages are enough, and you prefer the vendor to run the simulations for you.

When does 2LRN4 fit better?

If you need more languages, want a multi-year programme instead of separate modules, or want to deliver the courses in your own learning environment with results returned to your gradebook.

Yes. Awaretrain and 2LRN4 are both Dutch and serve the Dutch and European market. The difference is not origin but the structure of the programme and the number of languages.

Who has the better courses?

We will only say that once we have measured it. We assess both platforms with the same cases and the same reviewers; until that test is done the rubric above says “Not established”.

Can I use the content in my own LMS?

With both. Awaretrain offers SCORM and xAPI, 2LRN4 offers SCORM in three variants and an LTI 1.3 integration that returns the result to your own gradebook.

Where is the data stored?

2LRN4 runs in a German data centre and processes within the EU. Awaretrain states ISO 27001 certification on its site; we have not established where processing takes place.
