Why content-only SCORM works for mature L&D
L&D organizations that already operate an LMS rarely want a second learning platform. At the same time, building security awareness content in-house is hard: it requires subject expertise, multiple languages, voice acting and annual updates. SCORM is the natural compromise: you keep the learning infrastructure you already have and only buy the content.
With 2LRN4 SCORM you receive the same modules that run in our SaaS environment, refreshed annually with new threats. No separate authoring tooling, no second single sign-on, no second reporting stack.
LMS systems we have already integrated with
Our SCORM packages run on SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, StudyTube and aNewSpring among others. For other LMS systems we provide a sample package before purchase so you can validate integration and reporting in your own environment.
What you get in the SCORM package
Per course you receive a SCORM package that bundles a short video, an e-learning module and an assessment. Per language you deliver one package to your LMS, or you can use a wrapper that selects the correct language automatically. Progress, score and completion are reported through the standard SCORM runtime.
How reporting works without our platform
Because your LMS is the runtime, your LMS also owns reporting. We provide guidance on the standard SCORM fields (cmi.completion_status, cmi.success_status, cmi.score.scaled) and indicate which questions are suitable for management KPIs. That keeps a single source of truth for all learning outcomes.
When SCORM is not the right choice
SCORM is content only. If you also need phishing simulation, audience segmentation by risk profile and governance reporting for NIS2 articles 20 and 21, the SaaS version remains the right answer. For the full trade-off see the knowledge base article "How to choose between SCORM and a standalone awareness platform".
How this solution fits into a broader awareness program
Most organizations do not solve this topic with one isolated action. They need a combination of clear content, targeted follow-up, segmentation and reporting that can also be explained internally.
That is why 2LRN4 connects this solution to the wider platform, the knowledge base and management reporting. It keeps this from being an isolated page and turns it into part of a structural approach.
Implementation, adoption and management reporting
A strong solution only becomes valuable when teams can actually operate it. That is why 2LRN4 focuses not only on content or simulation, but also on setup, segmentation, reporting and adoption. That makes awareness easier to scale without turning administration into a job of its own.
For management, explainability matters most. Which teams improve? Which themes need more attention? How does this support audit or NIS2 goals? That is why this page is written for both the user and the decision-maker.
This approach helps organizations move faster from isolated activities to a program that supports employees and gives management useful steering insight.
Why this solution stays scalable
Many awareness initiatives start well and then lose momentum because management becomes fragmented. Audiences change, content must be updated and reporting requires more manual work than expected. A scalable approach therefore requires not only strong content, but also a platform that evolves with growth and changing risk.
2LRN4 supports that scalability by bringing training, phishing simulation, reporting and internal content together. That means this page does not stop at a promise; it points to a solution that is also operationally sustainable.
FAQ
Which SCORM versions do you support?
SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (3rd and 4th edition). For special requirements we can deliver xAPI on request.
How often are the packages updated?
Once per year customers receive a new version with refreshed scenarios and new threats. Patch fixes are delivered in interim releases.
Do your packages work with SuccessFactors / Cornerstone / Moodle / StudyTube / aNewSpring?
Yes. We have customers in production with all of these systems. For unknown LMS systems we ask for a sample import first to validate the integration.
Do I get branding rights to the content?
Not by default. The content remains 2LRN4 content. White-label licenses are possible under a separate commercial arrangement.
Can I add my own questions?
Not in the SCORM variant. If you want organization-specific questions, the SaaS version supports custom content and custom assessments.
Is your pricing per license or per package?
Per license per year, with volume discounts. Book a demo for a quote based on organization size and number of languages.
