Accessibility statement

How accessible the 2LRN4 learning environment and this website are, what does not yet meet the standard, and how to report it to us.

Drawn up on 29 July 2026, last revised on 10 August 2026

What this statement covers

Cyber Inc security bv wants the 2LRN4 learning environment to be usable for everyone taking a course, including people who use the web with a screen reader, with a keyboard only, or with an enlarged display.

This statement covers two environments:

  • the learning environment of 2LRN4: the screens a learner uses, available at portal.2lrn4.com and at customer addresses;
  • this website, 2lrn4.com.

The administration environment, where an administrator builds courses and manages users, falls outside this statement. Those screens are intended for a small group of staff at our customers and are assessed on request.

Compliance status

  • Learning environment: partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
  • Website 2lrn4.com: partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Partially compliant means that part of the content meets the standard and part does not yet. Exactly what that is, is set out below.

WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1. Content that conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA therefore also conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. We state this explicitly because tenders, questionnaires and national regulations often still refer to WCAG 2.1 AA.

What does not yet meet the standard

Learning environment: content and branding that customers control

Customers choose their own brand colours and add their own texts, images and documents. For the colours, the platform calculates a text colour with sufficient contrast, so an unfortunate colour choice cannot harm readability. For the content customers supply themselves we cannot vouch; we help with it, but we do not determine it.

Learning environment: course content from suppliers

Course packages supplied by third parties (SCORM) fall outside what we can guarantee. We provide the frame in which such a package is played and the controls around it; what is inside belongs to its maker. We ask suppliers for their own conformance statement.

Learning environment: what we have not tried in practice

We have not tested with people who use assistive software daily, and no assessment by an independent party has taken place. The points below have been reviewed and measured, but not tested with actual users.

Website: what we have not fully tested

  • We have not run a screen reader test and have not tested with people who use assistive software daily.
  • Videos have not been separately assessed for captions and audio description.
  • We reviewed the Dutch-language pages only.

What is in place

In the learning environment

  • Videos have burned-in subtitles.
  • Every page starts with a "skip to main content" link, so you can bypass the menu.
  • Anyone navigating by keyboard sees a clear outline around the element they are on.
  • Every chart is accompanied by a summary in words.
  • Images have alternative text, or are marked decorative so a screen reader skips them.
  • Every page has its own descriptive title.
  • Text and background have sufficient contrast, including when a customer sets their own colours.
  • Buttons and input fields have a name that assistive software can announce.
  • Wide tables scroll horizontally and can be operated with the keyboard.
  • Text scales to 200 per cent without content being lost.
  • The headings on a page follow a logical order.
  • The parts of a page are recognisable as regions to assistive software.

New since August 2026, in the sign-in screens:

  • Every field has a visible label above the input box. Previously the description sat as grey text inside the box and disappeared as soon as you started typing.
  • The screens follow your browser language, for now Dutch or English. Previously they were always English.
  • Your password manager is no longer obstructed and can fill the fields. On the second step you can see which account you are working with, instead of that being hidden.
  • The two-step verification code can be filled straight from your authenticator app.
  • The cursor sits in the first field immediately, so you can start typing right away.
  • Error messages are announced by a screen reader as soon as they appear, and are linked to the field they belong to.

New since August 2026, elsewhere in the learning environment:

  • Labels that pointed at the wrong field have been corrected. Clicking such a label previously did nothing, and a screen reader announced the wrong name.
  • Date fields for courses and enrolments have been given a name; they had none.

On this website

  • Every page starts with a "skip to main content" link.
  • The fixed header does not obscure any element that has keyboard focus.
  • Anyone navigating by keyboard sees a clear outline around the element they are on.
  • Links are black with a yellow underline, so they stand out without relying on colour.
  • Input fields convey their purpose, so the browser can fill them in.
  • Every form field has an associated name.
  • The content fits on a screen 320 pixels wide.
  • Anyone who has set their system to see less motion gets no animations.
  • Click targets are large enough or far enough apart: at least 24 by 24 pixels, or with sufficient spacing around them.

How this statement was prepared

Drawn up on 29 July 2026 and last revised on 10 August 2026. The assessment was carried out by ourselves.

For the learning environment it consisted of a manual review of the source code, an automated test with axe-core on thirteen representative pages, a keyboard check and a screen reader check. Since August 2026 an in-house check also runs on every change, verifying that input fields have a name and that forms do not block the password manager.

For this website the assessment consisted of a manual review of the source code and the styling, automated measurements of contrast, click targets and page width on the core pages, and a keyboard check. No screen reader test was carried out there.

There has been no assessment by an independent party, and no testing with people who use assistive software daily. We say so explicitly, because it determines how much this statement is worth.
