What this statement covers
Cyber Inc security bv aims to make the 2LRN4 learning platform usable for everyone, including people who use the web with a screen reader, with a keyboard only, or with an enlarged display.
This statement covers the learning platform 2LRN4, available at portal.2lrn4.com and at customer-specific addresses in the form <customer>.2lrn4.com. This marketing website, 2lrn4.com, is not covered: it runs in a separate environment and has not been assessed for accessibility.
Compliance status
Partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Partially compliant means that part of the content meets the standard, while some parts do not yet. Those parts are listed below, together with what we are doing about them.
What does not yet meet the standard
Third-party components
The platform uses a few purchased components that do not themselves fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, including the text editor for course content and the charting component. Replacing them is planned as part of the renewal of these components. Target date: 1 September 2026.
Content and branding that customers control
Customer organisations can run the platform in their own branding and add their own course texts, images and documents.
For brand colours, the platform calculates a text colour that contrasts sufficiently with the background chosen by the customer. A customer therefore cannot configure a colour combination that makes the standard components unreadable.
For their own content, this does not apply. We cannot guarantee that texts, images and documents added by customers themselves meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We do help them provide alternative texts and understandable formatting. The same applies to customers with their own sign-in page or their own style rules.
What is in place
- Videos are produced with burned-in subtitles, meeting the criterion for captions on pre-recorded video (1.2.2).
- There is a "Skip to main content" link, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation (2.4.1).
- Elements that receive keyboard focus have a clearly visible focus outline (2.4.7).
- Charts have a text summary and a hidden data table, so the data can also be followed without seeing the image (1.1.1).
- Images have alternative texts; decorative images are marked as such (1.1.1).
- Every page has its own descriptive title (2.4.2) and the page language is set correctly (3.1.1).
- Text and background have sufficient contrast (1.4.3), including when a customer organisation sets its own brand colours: the platform then calculates a readable text colour.
- Buttons, input fields and dropdowns have a name that a screen reader can announce (4.1.2).
- Wide tables that scroll horizontally can be operated with the keyboard (2.1.1).
- Text scales when you set a larger default font in your browser, to at least 200% without loss of content or functionality (1.4.4). Zooming the whole page works as well.
- Every page has one main heading describing what the page is about, and the headings below it follow a logical order (1.3.1).
- Every page has recognisable page regions, namely navigation, main content and complementary information, so a screen reader can jump straight to them (1.3.1). This applies to both learner and administrator pages.
- In the screen where administrators choose brand colours, the colour code adapts to the chosen background and therefore stays readable (1.4.3).
How this statement was prepared
This statement was drawn up on 29 July 2026 and last revised on 6 August 2026, based on a self-assessment.
The assessment consisted of a manual review of the source code and templates, an automated test with axe-core in the browser on thirteen representative pages, a keyboard check, and a review of the accessibility tree as a screen reader reads it out. That test was repeated after every change, including on the production environment itself.
There has been no assessment by an independent party and no test with actual users of assistive software. Colour contrasts are supported by measured values; the assessment of understandability and of the learning content itself falls outside this test.
