SCORM
You already have an LMS, you only want good content
You run SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle, StudyTube, aNewSpring or another system that handles SCORM, and you do not want a second learning environment beside it. You do not need one. We deliver our awareness courses as a SCORM package; you put them in your own environment and keep your own enrolments, reminders and reporting.
Three variants, one difference: who keeps the content current
The content is the same in all three variants. The difference is who keeps the modules up to date and how the package reaches your employees.
SCORM Static, one-off
You buy the module once and keep it entirely under your own control. The package supports SCORM 1.2 and 2004, works in a closed network without an internet connection, and you may use it without limit within the group. Updates are not included, so the scenarios stay as delivered.
1,500 euro one-off per module in one language, 500 euro per additional language.
SCORM Static with a yearly update
The same standalone package, but each year you receive a renewed version with updated scenarios and threats, which you import into your LMS yourself. The arrangement can be cancelled yearly, so you are not tied to a long term.
1,500 euro one-off per module, plus 300 euro per module per year for updates, and 500 euro per additional language.
SCORM Connected, automatic updates
We host the content on media.2lrn4.com. Your LMS only holds a compact wrapper package, so you never import a new version again and an improvement is visible immediately. This does need an internet connection; in a fully closed network this variant does not work.
Per module per year, by group size: 600 euro up to 500 employees, 1,000 euro from 500 to 2,500 employees, 1,500 euro above that. Additional languages 300 euro per language per year.
Which variant fits you?
Choose SCORM Static if you work in a closed network or want to decide yourself when to refresh. Choose Static with updates if you want current scenarios every year and importing is no obstacle. Choose Connected if you want no work at all and your employees must always see the latest version.
Prefer the results back in your own gradebook?
If you run Moodle, Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard or Itslearning, there is another route: the LTI integration. Your employee clicks the course inside your own learning environment, is signed in immediately without a second password, and the result returns to your gradebook. With SCORM you deliver the content yourself and your LMS tracks progress; with LTI the course runs with us and we return the result.

Which SCORM versions do you support?
The packages support SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, which covers virtually every LMS in use today.
Does it work in a network without internet?
SCORM Static and Static with updates do, because those packages sit entirely in your own LMS. SCORM Connected does not, because it loads the content from media.2lrn4.com.
How many languages can I take?
Every language the module is available in. With Static you pay 500 euro per additional language once, with Connected 300 euro per additional language per year.
May I use the package across the whole group?
Yes. With Static that is unlimited; with Connected it covers all employees within the group for the duration of the term.
Do I get reporting from you?
No. With SCORM your own LMS tracks progress and you take the reporting from there. If you want reporting built around NIS2, including evidence per employee, a platform subscription is the better choice.
Can I review a module first?
Yes. Request a quote and say which module you want to assess, and we will agree how you review it.
What does a module in several languages cost?
An example: one module in Dutch and English as Static costs 1,500 plus 500, so 2,000 euro one-off. With the yearly update that adds 300 euro a year. As Connected at an organisation of 800 employees that module costs 1,000 euro a year, plus 300 euro for the second language.
Can I move from Static to Connected later?
Yes. Get in touch and we will work out what that means in your situation.
