Teams, recognisable email and a login page in your own branding
The first half of 2025 brought three visible additions. With Teams you build target groups independently of your department structure, email from the platform is sent via Microsoft Graph from a familiar address of your own, and customers with a Freedom subscription get a login page in their own branding.
Highlights this half-year
-
Smarter target groups with Teams
Read the how-toTeams let you group users outside the fixed department structure. Within a single department, groups can exist with their own courses, levels or schedules, and a Team may contain employees from several departments. Teams work much like departments, but take precedence when courses are assigned. That way you can give, say, all managers or all new employees their own learning path without rebuilding your organisation structure.
-
Email via Microsoft Graph
Read the how-toSince April, emails from the platform are sent via Microsoft Graph. Employees receive invitations and reminders from a familiar address belonging to your own organisation, which improves recognition and gives your messages a professional look. Since June, customer email follows the same route, so all messages come from the same trusted sender domain. The how-to describes step by step how to set up the connection.
-
A login page in your own branding
Read the how-toCustomers with a Freedom subscription can get their own URL with a login page in their own branding, using their own colours and logo. Employees see a familiar environment from the very first step, even before they sign in. It fits the rest of the platform, where you have long been able to manage your branding yourself. If you would like this set up for your environment, get in touch with us.
Also improved
- Whitelisting issues in phishing campaigns were addressed, so simulations arrive more reliably.
- Reports are again delivered only to the recipient they are meant for.
- Handling of users who belong to more than one group was improved.
- A video can now be removed from a course.
