Overview of the most important changes delivered in September 2026.

New

A health strip on the dashboard. At the top of the administrator's dashboard and on the organisation page, a row of tiles shows at a glance whether anything needs attention: accounts that sign in with a password without two-step verification, a Microsoft Entra connection whose credentials no longer work, a synchronisation that has stalled, your own mail connection failing, and a reminder that is switched on without the number of days filled in. Each tile is green when everything is in order and otherwise opens an overview with search and filters, in which every line links straight to the setting where you fix it. An organisation administrator sees the same strip with only the figures of their own organisation.
Learning progress in four figures. Below the health strip you see the completion rate, the number of learners active in the past thirty days, the number of silent learners who have done nothing for ninety days or never started, and the backlog of enrolments past their end date. Each figure opens a report per organisation or per course. Enrolments that have not started yet do not count, so a phased learning path does not distort the picture.
Your own licence on the dashboard. An organisation administrator sees the Licence tile on the organisation page: until when the licence runs, how many seats are in use and whether anything needs attention. Only active accounts count. That way you can ask for a renewal or extra seats in good time.
See which e-mails were sent to each user. Every user has an E-mails block, and the user list has a button, showing the date, type, subject and status of each message. If a message was deliberately not sent, the reason is given, for example that the e-mail type is switched off for the organisation or that the course was still behind a lower level. Only the fact that a message was sent is recorded, not its content, and the data is kept for 180 days.
Mail to addresses that no longer exist is held back. An address that no longer exists or whose mailbox is full used to receive mail again with every reminder, without anyone noticing. Such addresses now go on a list and no longer receive mail. Under Undeliverable addresses an organisation administrator sees which employees are affected, with the reason and since when, and once the address works again you release it with one click.
Clicks by mail scanners no longer count as clicks by employees. Security such as Microsoft Safe Links opens and clicks every link in a phishing simulation before the employee sees the e-mail. Those clicks made the click rate unreliable. The campaign page now has a Clicks by origin block that separates human clicks from automated ones. To do so, the platform checks among other things whether the click comes from a known data-centre address and whether the page was actually displayed in a browser. Recertification: a completion can have a period of validity. Per course, or as a default per organisation, you set how many months a completion remains valid. Reports show a Valid until column per enrolment and the learner sees the date on the course page. Nothing expires before a start date you set per organisation; without a start date nothing changes. Offering expired courses again and the advance warning are switched on per organisation in consultation.
Choose how you offer the curriculum. On the Learning programme card of an organisation you now choose between three forms: phased, where courses become available one at a time on a fixed rhythm, enrol everything at once, or everything in the library, so learners choose what they do and when. In the last form the whole curriculum is in the library without you having to switch on self-enrolment for each course. With the Enrol all learners now button you put existing learners on the curriculum in one go, without e-mail if you prefer.
Resend the announcement of a course. The Enrol users page of a course has a Resend announcement button. You choose between the learners you have ticked, everyone who has not yet completed the course or everyone, and for each choice you see how many learners it concerns. The same rules apply as for the regular announcement: only active learners with an open enrolment who have completed the lower levels. Afterwards you see how many messages were sent and why the rest were skipped.
Room to start a higher level. A course of a higher level used to close as soon as a single lower-level course was still open. By default three lower-level courses may now be open before a higher level closes. You can set this differently per organisation on the Learning programme card; with 0 it works strictly as before.
SCORM packages in all languages. The edit screen of a SCORM package only offered English and Dutch and now offers all languages. On the new Languages screen you upload a package per language, or all languages at once, and remove a language you no longer need.
Import translations of courses and activities. With the Import translations button on the edit screen you download a template with one line per language, fill in the title and description and upload the file again. All languages are then added in one go. The language selector on the edit screen now shows the organisation's languages and the languages for which a translation already exists.
Issue a new API secret yourself. The API secret is stored encrypted and cannot be retrieved. The API connection of an organisation now has a button that creates a new secret and shows it once. The confirmation beforehand points out that the existing connection will stop working.

Improved

The announcement of a course arrives when you can start it. If a course was behind a previous level, you already received an e-mail saying it was ready and, on opening it, ran into a message that it was not available. That e-mail is now held back until the course can be reached, and then still arrives: straight after you complete the lower-level course, or otherwise at your organisation's regular sending time. If you open such a course anyway, it says that you must complete the previous level first. Anyone enrolled manually in a course that has already started receives only the enrolment e-mail and not an announcement the next day as well.
One e-mail when several courses are ready at the same time. Instead of a separate e-mail per course, a learner receives one message listing the courses. For a single course the existing e-mail remains. You find this as a separate e-mail type, Courses are ready, with its own text that you can adjust.
The history policy of phased enrolment works. The History policy field was already on the form, but whichever option you chose, the same thing happened. The three options now do what they promise. Library only takes courses from a previous school year out of the fixed sequence and puts them in the library, include as mandatory keeps them in the sequence, and do not offer leaves them out. The mandatory basic courses always stay outside this.
The Course planning per user report is faster and more complete. Anyone who sees the whole platform first chooses an organisation, department or name, so the report does not have to calculate everything; that took the waiting time from about nine seconds to less than half a second. A new Organisation column shows which customer someone belongs to, useful because department names recur across many organisations.
The learner dashboard has been tidied up. The count cards fill the full width, the duplicate title above the learning curve is gone and that panel only appears when there is progress to show. A logo that does not load makes way for the organisation's name.
More screens in your own language. All texts of the mail settings are now translated into German, French and Spanish, and the report scheduler is available in Dutch.
The sign-in page is easier to read. The text in the input fields and on the button had too little contrast with the background. The colours now meet the WCAG 2.2 accessibility guideline.
Stricter security of the portal. Scripts and styling embedded in a page itself are only executed if the platform has marked them for it. That makes it much harder for attackers to slip code into a page. The same protection now also applies to error and redirect pages. SCORM packages deliberately keep a more lenient setting, because many packages need it.
A warning for an enrolment of zero days. If you choose the same start and end date when enrolling, the screen warns you before you save the enrolment.
New and expanded guides. The single sign-on guide now describes step by step how to set up sign-in with Microsoft, Google or your own identity provider. In the guide to the sending route, the part about sending through your own Google Workspace mailbox has been expanded to the same level as the part about Microsoft.

Fixed

Study progress hardly ever reached 100 percent. The percentage on the dashboard also counted courses that had not yet been released or whose enrolment had already expired. It now covers completed courses plus the courses that are available right now: anyone who completes everything that is available sees 100 percent.
The library was always in Dutch. The page where you enrol yourself in courses and the menu item leading to it now follow the chosen language, in all 27 languages.
A reminder could be switched on without anything being sent. The field for the number of days only appeared after saving, so a reminder could be on without a period. The field is now always on the form and is required as soon as the reminder is switched on.
A password account sometimes could not sign in. An account with sign-in type Password whose local sign-in box was unticked refused every correct password, also via Forgot password. This could also happen after a CSV import with an empty column. The box is now called May sign in with password and follows the sign-in type, and if the password is correct but the account may not sign in with a password, the message explains what is going on.
Deleting a user sometimes seemed to fail. Anyone who clicked Delete twice got an error page on the second click, while the account was already gone. A second click now does nothing, and an account that has already been deleted gives a clear message in the list.
Counts on the dashboard lagged behind. After deleting an account, switching on two-step verification or changing the licence, a tile could show the old number for up to ten minutes. The counts are now updated immediately.
An e-mail could fail to arrive unnoticed when the mail server responded slowly. Each e-mail had fifteen seconds to leave, while the mail server sometimes takes almost as long to accept it. That limit is now wide enough for all types of notification.
The test message failed with your own mail connection. Anyone who had set up sending through Microsoft, Google or their own mail server in the mail settings got a technical error on Send a test message. The test message now works for all sending routes.
English statuses in the Course planning per user report. For a Dutch administrator the Status column showed words such as Completed and Planned. Screen and downloads now follow the administrator's language.
New organisations sometimes got an English intro video. In a newly set-up environment an English video appeared with Dutch courses. The standard courses are linked to the correct videos again and a daily check makes sure it stays that way.
Some SCORM packages kept loading. A package could not start during a brief outage of the file storage, and shortly after the security tightening, packages made with Adobe Captivate kept loading for about an hour and a half. Both have been resolved.
The search panel of a report stayed closed with an active filter. When a filter was active you could not see it, because the search panel stayed collapsed. The panel now opens as soon as a filter is active.
Some administration pages that do not exist gave a server error. Such addresses now simply report that the page was not found.
