Are you aware of the risks in cybersecurity? Do you know what to do to keep cyber threats out? Besides the financial consequences, the loss, theft, or misuse of personal data, intellectual property, and confidential company information can have serious consequences for the image and reputation of our organization — and for you personally.

That is why we are starting a security awareness programme for the next three years. We are doing this with the 2LRN4 security awareness platform and have tried to shape it in a fun and engaging way.

What can you expect?

The security and privacy awareness programme consists of 12 online courses per year. Each course takes less than 15 minutes of your time.

Every course contains at least four activities, including:

• introduction videos
• an e-learning module
• an assessment

How do you get started?

To sign in to 2LRN4, use the following link:

The first time, a sign-in screen will appear. Sign in with your username or email address. The configured sign-in process will follow.

On the same computer you generally do not need to sign in again. If you sign in on another computer, phone, or tablet, you will have to authenticate via the sign-in screen there the first time.

After signing in you immediately see your dashboard. It shows the active courses and your progress.

You can earn badges by participating actively and successfully. They are visible in your dashboard. The leaderboard shows how many points you have collected compared to your colleagues.

New courses become available regularly. When a new course is ready, you will receive an email from Melissa (noreply@2lrn4.com).

Reporting phishing

Did you receive a phishing email? Forward it directly to the helpdesk. They can investigate the message and take the appropriate actions.

Did you accidentally click a link or download a file? Report it immediately to the helpdesk as well.

Did you also enter your username and password on a phishing website? Change your password(s) as soon as possible and contact the helpdesk.
