Reporting is an important part of security awareness for many organizations. It helps you demonstrate progress and results to management, auditors, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NEN7510, BIO, and for privacy ISO27701).
- The manager role only has access to report data for their own department.
- The customer role has access to all report data.
Report overview
The report overview shows the available reports and key metrics per report. Use it to quickly select the right report for progress tracking, accountability, and audit questions.
Filtering reports
You can filter reports to select the right scope, for example by department, team, target group, or time period. This makes reports suitable for both operational follow-up and management reporting.
- Select the required time period (e.g., last month/quarter/year).
- Select the correct target group or organizational unit.
- Verify that your role has access to the selected scope.
Report scheduler
The scheduler allows you to prepare reports on a recurring basis, so you can report on fixed moments (e.g., monthly or quarterly). This helps embed reporting into your governance cycle.
- Select the report you want to schedule.
- Set frequency and reporting period.
- Define who uses the report and where it is reviewed.
