In June 2022 we expanded automation and reporting: from HR copies of certificates to automatic reminders and smarter phishing selection.

• Send a copy of certificates to a central email address – Enable “Send to HR” and set a central mailbox.
• Reminder email when a user hasn’t started after X days – Automatic reminder with your own message.
• Explanation after a test – Add an optional explanation field shown after completing a test.
• Exclude inactive users from selection – Inactive users are not selected for phishing campaigns.
• Select all departments – Add all departments to a phishing campaign in one click.
