Phishing templates define the content of the emails that users receive during a phishing campaign. Templates support variables, allowing messages to be personalised and more convincing.

Create a template

1. Go to the Phishing menu and select Templates.
2. Click Create in the top-right corner.
3. Enter a clear and recognisable template name.
4. Select the template type (for example: email).
5. Write the email content in HTML.

Using variables

You can use variables to personalise emails, such as:

• {{.FirstName}} – recipient first name
• {{.LastName}} – last name
• {{.Email}} – email address
• {{.URL}} – phishing link

Save and use

Save the template and assign it to a phishing campaign. During delivery, variables are automatically replaced per recipient.
