A phishing profile defines how phishing emails are technically sent. This includes the sender address, sending domain and mail infrastructure. One profile can be reused across multiple campaigns.

Create a phishing profile

1. Go to Phishing → Profiles in the menu.
2. Click Create in the top right corner.
3. Enter a clear and recognisable profile name.
4. Select the sending domain.
5. Choose the correct sending IP / mail provider profile.
6. Enable Is active.
7. Save the profile.

Using profiles in campaigns

Once created, the profile can be selected when creating phishing campaigns. This ensures consistent mail delivery settings.
