Flexible use of space and travel

At Cyber ​​Inc. we are always looking to see if we can waste or consume less. This has resulted in a few measures. For example, it is always first checked whether it is possible to drive to the customer by public transport. Every employee has been given an NS business card. In addition, everyone can work from the office, at home or at the customer's, which means that we can deal with the number of square meters much more efficiently. We hold meetings virtually or in the office. The starting point is to make as much use as possible of things that are already there or are also used by others.

Efficient use of automation

For our automation we use shared environments and Cloud infrastructure as much as possible. As a result, we use approximately 77% fewer servers and 84% less power. We aim to use them as efficiently as possible. We have all kinds of automated processes for this, which ensure that there is always sufficient capacity and performance for our customers, without having excess capacity. For certain services it is not necessary that the server is always on. We therefore turn these off, which means that we save more than 95% on those services.

Sustainable employability of employees

Our employees are the heart of Cyber ​​Inc. For us this means that together we ensure that everyone can do their work with satisfaction. This also means that many training courses are followed by the employees, which they then give to each other. In this way we make sustainable use of resources and everyone adds their own knowledge.

Better Education for All

Cyber ​​Inc. considers education to be one of the most important pillars in our society. That is why we spend a lot of time and attention on improving security education in the Netherlands in particular. This has resulted in a new MBO, Associate Degree, Bachelor and Master cyber security training. Cyber ​​Inc. has made a significant contribution to the development of these courses as an initiator. And is Cyber ​​Inc. still a member of the advisory council and examination board.

Inclusive society

Our products are always made with an inclusive society in mind. We attach great importance to the fact that our learning environment and training modules should be accessible to everyone. This includes high and low literate people and people with a hearing or visual impairment. We actively invite people from these groups to test our training modules.
