It is now possible to include a link in the email templates.
Partners and resellers can now manage phishing campaigns for their own customers on the 2LR4 platform.

To quickly find users who are blocked, an extra filter has been created. Now you can select them through the filter and unblock them.
The menu on the left side was confusing with the courses. We have removed these.
If you want to go to the next activity (module), you can do so right now. You no longer have to go to the main screen of the course. We have added an arrow on the right side to go to the next activity. If there is no arrow, you are at the last arrow. The left arrow will take you to the main course screen.

Some managers manage multiple departments. In that case it is useful to report per manager. We therefore synchronize the manager field from the active directory (AD), so that we can report on manager. We added 3 reports:
- Percentage Completed by Manager
- Progress by manager
- Progress per manager per user

We put a √ in front of the right answers and an x in front of the wrong answers, so that people who are color blind can also see whether their answer was right or wrong.
We may have to make a correction. That's why we've made it possible for ourselves to mark individual users' courses as completed.
For organizations that want to mail from their own email address, we have added the option to do so.

In the control panel you can check the box next to: "Send to HR". You can then specify an e-mail address to which the copies of the certificates will be sent. Useful if HR collects these or applies for a subsidy.
If a user has not yet started the course, you can now automatically send a reminder. Enter the number of days in the control panel and write a motivational text for the email template.
Once you've taken the test, you don't just want to know which answers were wrong, you also want to know why. We have added a field in the test to explain the answers. This is displayed after the test. By default this option is on. If you don't want users to see what the answers are and why they were the right answers, you can turn this off in the test's configuration screen.
When creating a phishing campaign, email addresses of inactive users are not selected when you run the campaign by department or entire organization. Per user already did not show email addresses of inactive users.
It is now possible to add all departments to the phishing campaign at the same time, by checking the box: Select all.

With the synchronization we include the user's language settings. But if it has been manually adjusted, then of course we don't want it to be restored after synchronization. We have ensured that the administrator has the last word. This is an intermediate step. We will soon ensure that the user can change his own language.
When synchronizing, we use country attribute for the language. If there is no country in our table, the default company language will be assigned. Then we look at the preferred language attribute. Example: In Belgium, the official language is Dutch and French. If the country is Belgium and the preferred language is EN or NL, then the language is Dutch. If the Country is Belgium and the preferred language is FR, then the language is FR.
When you create or edit the test, you want to see somewhere when you did it. We have therefore added the date the test was saved to the table.
Users in the Active Directory with the status "disabled" should have the status "not active" on 2LRN4 after synchronization

We have made it possible for FREEDOM customers to get 2LRN4 under a different name. So that they have a:
- own URL
- own login
- own support email
We can switch the phishing on or off per organization, so that customers who do not want this service do not have to pay for it.
When you start a phishing campaign, only the active users are now selected. Users who are inactive are not included. This ensures better reporting.
When users move from department, all data of that user is now automatically transferred.
