Are you aware of the risks associated with cybersecurity? Do you know what it takes to safeguard against cyber threats? Besides the financial consequences, the loss, theft, and misuse of personal data, intellectual property, and confidential company information can have severe implications for our organization's image and reputation, as well as for yourself. That's why we are launching a security awareness program for the next three years. We are using the 2LRN4 security awareness platform to make it engaging and enjoyable.
What can you expect?
The security and privacy awareness program consists of 12 online courses per year, each taking less than 15 minutes of your time. Each course includes at least four activities, including:
- Introduction videos
- E-learning modules
- Tests
How to get started
To log in to 2LRN4, use this link: portal.2lrn4.com. The first time you log in, you'll see the screen below. Enter your username/email address. This will take you to the choosen process. Next time, you may not need to log in on the same computer. If you log in on another computer, phone, or tablet, you'll also need to log in via this screen for the first time.
Once you're logged in, you'll immediately see your dashboard, which displays active courses and tracks your progress. You can earn badges for active and successful participation, which you can also find on your dashboard. Leaderboards show you how many points you've accumulated compared to your colleagues. New courses become available regularly, and you'll receive an email from Melissa (support@2LRN4.com) when a new course is waiting for you.
Reporting Phishing
If you receive a phishing email, forward it immediately to our helpdesk. They can investigate and take necessary actions. If you accidentally clicked on a link in a phishing email or downloaded a malicious file, please report it to the helpdesk. If you left your username and password on a phishing website, change your passwords promptly and inform the helpdesk.
