Managing languages

2LRN4 supports multiple languages, allowing you to offer training to employees in a language that fits their daily work. This improves understanding, engagement, and the effectiveness of security awareness.

Supported languages

By default, 2LRN4 supports Dutch and English. Additional languages can be configured depending on agreements.

Adding a language to content

  1. First create the English version of a course, activity, or page.
  2. Save it and make sure the content is active.
  3. Use the language switch in the top-right corner to select another language.
  4. Add the translated title and content.
  5. Save the translation.

Language display for users

Users will see content in their configured language by default. If a translation is missing, the English version is shown automatically.

Best practices

  • Keep key terminology consistent across languages.
  • Use clear and concise wording.
  • Test content with a native speaker when possible.
