In 2014, 2LRN4 started with pure frustration. Many security awareness platforms were childish, patronizing, or overly technical. Employees disengaged quickly—and when employees disengage, even the “best content” fails to create change.
We saw a growing need for effective privacy and security awareness across Europe. With a background in information security, privacy, and behavior change, we built something different: human, relevant, and measurable.
A platform built on experience and behavior
On February 15, 2019, 2LRN4 went live. Since then we have continuously improved the platform through hundreds of functional updates—not to stack features, but to make awareness easier for both organizations and employees.
What we did differently
- Relevance over theory: recognizable situations, practical choices, less jargon.
- Short modules: learning that fits into real workdays.
- Flexibility: customers can adapt, add, and organize content.
- Role-based learning: paths by role, department, or risk profile.
- Measurable progress: dashboards and reporting for steering and follow-up.
What organizations gain today
2LRN4 helps organizations build awareness as a program, not a one-off training. That includes:
- onboarding and repetition (rhythm)
- campaigns on current threats
- insight into participation and progress
- space for your own policies, reporting routes, and context
Continuous improvement
Threats change—and organizations change. That is why 2LRN4 keeps evolving: better insights, improved user experience, and content that matches what is happening in the real world.
Our goal
Our goal is simple: help organizations protect employees against online threats—not by lecturing, but by strengthening behavior. Awareness is not a one-time course, but culture and routine. That is what 2LRN4 is built for.
