For the most seamless integration, we recommend providing your 2LRN4 environment with Active Directory synchronization. This means you don't have any extra management effort. Accounts are automatically created on the 2LRN4 platform if they do not already exist. And they get direct access to the courses that are linked to the department they belong to. They will be notified by email of which courses they are enrolled in.
The synchronization works one way, so only from Azure AD to 2LRN4 and not the other way around. When you delete a user on the Active Directory, it also deletes it on the 2LRN4 platform.
As an administrator of 2LRN4, you can create the synchronization connection yourself with your own Azure AD. With the handy synchronization scheduler you determine when the synchronization takes place and which security groups are synchronized.
For even better integration, also add Single Sign On (SSO).
