A platform built on experience and expertise
On February 15, 2019, the 2LRN4 platform went live and since then we have performed more than 300 functional updates and spent more than 8000 development hours developing and improving the platform. We are proud to be able to help organizations increase the security awareness of their employees and remain committed to the development of our platform.
From idea to reality: the launch of 2LRN4
In the first months of development, we focused on examining the various privacy and security risks facing organizations and identifying the most effective ways to train employees to reduce these risks. We took into account different learning styles of people and how we could best serve them.
Research on privacy and security risks and effective training methods
When we went live with the platform, there were 12 different courses with over 50 modules that employees could take to increase their knowledge of privacy and security risks and best practices. The platform quickly received a lot of positive feedback from users and security experts, which encouraged us to continue improving and expanding the platform.
Functional updates to improve the user experience
We've made a lot of functional updates since then to improve the user experience and add new functionality. Some of the most important updates include making the platform flexible so that customers can change, add and make relevant the platform and content. Adding personalized learning paths based on the role of the employee or department, developing new courses on current security risks, and improving the platform's dashboard so that employees and administrators can better see how they're performing. There are now more than 150 modules spread over 36 courses in eight European languages.

In recent years, we have focused on continuing to develop the platform to meet the changing needs of organizations and employees. For example, we have added advanced reports to gain insight into the security awareness of employees and departments and to improve and where possible.
