Add a webinar
- Decide where the webinar will be hosted (e.g. Teams, Zoom, or a video platform).
- Go to the relevant course or campaign in 2LRN4.
- Add a new activity.
- Select an external link or video activity.
- Add the webinar link or recording.
- Provide a clear title and description.
- Set the activity to active.
Live versus on-demand
Live webinars are ideal for interaction and Q&A. On-demand webinars allow employees to learn flexibly and revisit content at any time.
Best practices
- Keep webinars concise (30–45 minutes).
- Use realistic, relatable scenarios.
- Combine webinars with a short assessment or evaluation.
