Managing webinars

Webinars allow you to engage employees with live or on-demand sessions on current topics related to security, privacy, and awareness. They complement e-learning by adding depth and interaction.

Why use webinars?

  • Interactive deep dives into existing courses
  • Quickly address current or emerging topics
  • Suitable for both live sessions and on-demand viewing
  • Support awareness campaigns

Add a webinar

  1. Decide where the webinar will be hosted (e.g. Teams, Zoom, or a video platform).
  2. Go to the relevant course or campaign in 2LRN4.
  3. Add a new activity.
  4. Select an external link or video activity.
  5. Add the webinar link or recording.
  6. Provide a clear title and description.
  7. Set the activity to active.

Live versus on-demand

Live webinars are ideal for interaction and Q&A. On-demand webinars allow employees to learn flexibly and revisit content at any time.

Best practices

  • Keep webinars concise (30–45 minutes).
  • Use realistic, relatable scenarios.
  • Combine webinars with a short assessment or evaluation.
