Manage PDF documents

Adding your own PDF documents to a course makes the training more relevant for users. For example, you can add internal policies such as a password or information security policy. Users must confirm that they have read the document, which automatically creates an audit trail.

How to upload PDF documents

Important: always create the English activity first, then add the other languages.

  • Open the course activities.
  • Click Create.
  • Enter a title and description.
  • Select PDF as the activity type.
  • Select the PDF file.
  • Optional: define whether the activity starts after another activity or on a specific date.
  • Add an image (recommended size: 400x400).
  • Enable Is active.
  • Click Create.

If your organisation supports multiple languages, repeat these steps for the other languages using the language selector in the top-right corner. This option becomes available after the English activity is created.
