Create environment
The instructions often take longer than creating the environment itself. This process has been heavily automated: what used to take around 45 minutes of manual work can now be done in just a few seconds in the basic setup.
Create company
- Log in as a partner.
- Go to Organisations in the main navigation.
- Click Create.
- Enter the company name.
- Set the course limit.
- This is the number of active courses shown to users, to prevent new employees from being overwhelmed.
- Select the company language and add the available user languages.
- Note: when multiple languages are enabled, changes must be applied per language.
- If you want to use the blog module, enable Show news.
- If you want users to search the portal, enable Show search input.
- If you do not want users to see names on the leaderboard, disable Show leaderboard.
- If you want to show a video instruction, enable Show video instruction.
- Optionally configure a password policy if you use username and password authentication.
- Many organisations use SSO, so passwords are not stored on the platform.
- Finally, add the logo and brand colours.
- Click Create to create the organisation.
