Create environment

Required role: you need the partner role to create new customer environments.

Create environment

The instructions often take longer than creating the environment itself. This process has been heavily automated: what used to take around 45 minutes of manual work can now be done in just a few seconds in the basic setup.


Create company

  1. Log in as a partner.
  2. Go to Organisations in the main navigation.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Enter the company name.
  5. Set the course limit.
  6. This is the number of active courses shown to users, to prevent new employees from being overwhelmed.
  7. Select the company language and add the available user languages.
  8. Note: when multiple languages are enabled, changes must be applied per language.
  9. If you want to use the blog module, enable Show news.
  10. If you want users to search the portal, enable Show search input.
  11. If you do not want users to see names on the leaderboard, disable Show leaderboard.
  12. If you want to show a video instruction, enable Show video instruction.
  13. Optionally configure a password policy if you use username and password authentication.
  14. Many organisations use SSO, so passwords are not stored on the platform.
  15. Finally, add the logo and brand colours.
  16. Click Create to create the organisation.
